Two cafes dedicated to the legendary Barbie doll will open in the United States. This wave of popularity arose after the announcement of the film of the same name starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.
Malibu Barbie Cafés will open in New York's City Hall Park and on Federal Plaza in Chicago. Residents and visitors to the Big Apple will be able to visit the café on May 17, while in the Windy City, the café will open on June 7. You can follow the news on their Instagram account.
The owners have decorated the establishments in bright pink colors. The menu will feature California beach club dishes and fruit ice cream. In addition, each guest will be able to take on the role of Barbie or Ken and take a memorable selfie in a life-size box designed to look like the original.
Incidentally, there is now a Barbie Café in Taipei, Taiwan. The interior design, tableware, and even the dishes are all in the brand's signature style, and the waitresses wear pink T-shirts and short skirts.
