Party Ibiza: what to see and where to stay?

I recently talked about travel for seniors, and now it's time to learn about the most happening place for young people. The spirit of freedom, the scorching sun, the Mediterranean Sea... Endless fun can be found at one of the world's most popular resorts, located on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It is considered the most fashionable location in Europe.

The peak season here begins in March-April and lasts until November, but even in winter it is easy to encounter crowds of tourists. In summer, the heat is not unbearable: a gentle sea breeze makes vacationing during the hot months quite comfortable. During the day, tourists can spend their time fishing, diving, visiting spa centers, going to the "hippie" market for trinkets, or simply strolling along the promenade. In the evening, it is worth enjoying the sunsets on the shore of the most famous bar, Cafe del Mar, and then indulging in the fun of Ibiza's numerous nightclubs.

Discos and parties in Ibiza are a mix of the European club scene and traditional Spanish nightlife. The main tourist center of the island is the Playa d'en Bossa area, where the free spirit of Ibiza is evident. There you will find the iconic venues Amnesia, Privilege, and Pacha. The most famous DJs from around the world gather there all year round.

And what beaches there are on the island—they're a sight to behold! Playa de las Salinas is considered the most fashionable. Huge numbers of young people with stunning bodies and faces flock here. They come to Ibiza specifically to show off their perfect figures to each other. For those who want a quiet break from the crazy pace of the island, I recommend going to Portinatx Beach (Cala De Portinatx). It is located in the north of the island in a quiet fishing village.

Ibiza has a lot to offer, not just non-stop partying. In the Old Town, located on a hill above the port entrance, it's great to stroll through the narrow streets. They wind up and down, where ancient buildings preserve the atmosphere of centuries long gone. All around is uninterrupted beauty and Instagram-worthy panoramic views. There is a historic port area where you can find a stylish bar, authentic restaurant, or ultra-modern boutique at literally every turn.

Let's take a look at the most popular resorts on the island. First up is Playa d'en Bossa, a traditional hangout for young people. There are tons of clubs, discos, and night bars here. You can get there from the center by taxi in 10-15 minutes. There are many shops and some of the best clubs on the island — Space and Bora-Bora.

The San Miguel area is surrounded by nature reserves and luxurious palaces. This resort is for lovers of luxury vacations. You can take a walk in the picturesque surroundings, if you don't mind the abundance of steep ascents and descents.

For families with children, there is no better place than Talamanca, a quiet resort on the bustling island of Ibiza. It is only a 20-minute walk from the center. There are no noisy crowds of young people here, only beaches, a water park for children, and restaurants for adults.

In the resort town of Santa Eulalia del Rio on the east coast of Ibiza, it is easy to find the most colorful restaurants on the island. They offer a selection of delicious local, Spanish, and international cuisine. It is popular with older people. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a walking area surrounded by palm trees, a sandy beach, and first-class hotels or apartments for rent.

This is what the resorts in Ibiza look like, which I would recommend to young people and couples. If you do decide to take your children on vacation with you, I advise you not to miss the opportunity to leave them with a babysitter and go clubbing yourself, reliving your youth. After all, there's no better place in the world for this than Ibiza!
